The 14 county region of southwest Georgia which the Council on Aging serves includes:
Terrell, Lee, Calhoun, Dougherty, Worth, Early, Baker, Mitchell, Colquitt, Miller, Seminole, Decatur, Grady, and Thomas.

There is a Senior Life Enrichment Center in each of the 14 counties.
